Damages and/or issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you by email once a refund has been issued. Refunds are always issued on the next business day, but it can take an additional 5-7 business to receive your refund, depending on your bank. Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received or an exception has been determined.
